Last Updated: July 22, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Voieform website, API endpoints, Form Builder dashboard, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Service.
2. Account Registration and Security
To use most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials (including API keys and authentication tokens) and for any activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to build forms or collect submissions that:
- Are intended to deceive or mislead users (such as phishing or spoofing pages).
- Collect highly sensitive information (e.g., plain-text passwords, credit card numbers, or social security numbers) without appropriate authorization and security controls.
- Contain or distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious computer code.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
- Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
Voieform reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Credits, Plans, and Payments
Certain features of the Service require form submission credits or a paid subscription plan. Credits are consumed according to the usage metrics of your active plan. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly cycle. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly required by applicable law.
5. Data Ownership and Privacy
You retain all ownership rights to the forms you design and the submission data collected through our endpoints. Voieform acts solely as a data processor on your behalf. We handle all submission data in compliance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voieform and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
7. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top.
