Terms of Service

Welcome to Voieform

By accessing or using the Voieform platform, dashboard, API endpoints (/f/{api_key}), AI Form Builder, or webhooks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Account Registration & Security

To use the Service, you must create a developer account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys, webhook signing secrets, and account tokens.

2. Acceptable Use Policy & Spam Prohibition

Voieform provides developer infrastructure for legitimate form processing. You agree NOT to use the Service to build forms or process submissions that:

Strictly Prohibited Activities:
  • • Phishing, credential harvesting, or deceptive form pages attempting to impersonate brands.
  • • Collecting unencrypted credit card numbers, passwords, or SSNs in violation of PCI-DSS / security laws.
  • • Sending unsolicited spam emails or triggering malicious webhook automated attacks.
  • • Distributing malware, viruses, or illegal materials.

Accounts violating our Acceptable Use Policy will be instantly suspended via ProShield automated enforcement.

3. Service Plans, Quotas & Payments

Free tier users receive monthly submission allowances. Upgrades to Essentiel, Professionnel, or Suprême plans unlock higher submission limits, custom template engines, collaborator management, and webhook delivery logs. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Data Ownership & Processing Role

You retain full ownership of the form schemas you design and all submission data submitted by your users. Voieform operates strictly as a Data Processor on your behalf under applicable privacy regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Voieform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. In no event shall Voieform be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions or data loss beyond our control.
