Cookie Policy
Last revised October 10, 2026
What Voieform stores in your browser, why, and how to control it.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Browsers also offer local storage and session storage, which work in a similar way. In this policy, “cookies” means all three.
2. What we use today
Voieform uses a small set of first-party cookies and storage keys, all listed in the table below. They keep you signed in, remember your choices, and keep the interface consistent.
At the time of writing, this site does not load advertising scripts or third-party analytics. The “analytics” and “marketing” switches on the cookie settings page record your preference now, so it is honored if we add those tools later. If that changes, we will update this page first.
Cookies and storage we set
| Name | Type | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| PHPSESSION | Cookie (first party, HttpOnly) | Keeps you signed in to the dashboard after you log in or sign up. | 30 days, or until you sign out |
| voieform-cookie-consent | Cookie and local storage | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected cookies so we do not ask again. | 1 year |
| voieform-cookie-settings | Local storage | Remembers your analytics and marketing choices from the cookie settings page. | Until you clear your browser data |
| theme | Local storage | Stores the display theme used across the site and docs. | Until you clear your browser data |
| dashboard-mode | Local storage | Remembers the view mode you picked inside the dashboard. | Until you clear your browser data |
| hx-bar | Session storage | Remembers that you dismissed the announcement bar for this visit. | Until you close the tab |
Team members who sign in to the admin console also get admin_token and admin_user in local storage until they sign out.
3. Third-party requests
Pages load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to fetch the font files, which means Google receives your IP address and browser details for that request. Google’s own policy governs what it does with that data.
Forms hosted on Voieform collect what the form owner asks for, and the form owner decides how to use it. The Voieform Privacy Policy explains how we process that data on their behalf.
4. Your choices
You can accept or reject cookies in the banner, and change your mind any time on the cookie settings page. You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser settings, or block them altogether.
Essential cookies cannot be switched off from our side, because the dashboard cannot sign you in or keep your session without them. If you block them, public pages still work but the dashboard will not.
5. Changes to this policy
We update this page when the cookies we use change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
