To operate a high-reliability form backend and delivery pipeline, we collect specific data categories:
- Developer Account Data: When registering, we collect credentials such as your username, email address, password hash, avatar, and billing details.
- Form Schemas & Configuration: Field definitions, title, custom notification templates, conditional redirect rules, webhook URLs, and HMAC secret keys.
- End-User Form Submissions: Input fields submitted by respondents targeting your
/f/{api_key}endpoints, including uploaded files, submission timestamps, IP address, user-agent, and country.
2. How We Use Your Data & ProShield AI
Your data is processed strictly to provide the core services of our platform:
- Dispatching real-time email alerts, Telegram bot notifications, and HMAC SHA-256 signed webhooks.
- Evaluating submissions for spam and phishing attacks via ProShield AI deep learning and Groq LLM filters.
- Generating aggregated performance metrics, submission quotas, and audit logs.
3. Data Security & Encryption
We implement enterprise-grade security controls to protect submission data and developer API keys:
TLS 1.3 encryption for HTTPS endpoints and encrypted DB backups.
HMAC SHA-256 signatures ensure webhook authenticity.
4. Data Subject Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can export or purge form submission archives directly from your dashboard or request full account erasure.
