Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide a better, more efficient service to all of our users. The types of information we collect include:

  • Account Information: When you register for a Voieform account, we collect credentials such as your username, email address, and billing details.
  • Form Data and Endpoints: We store the forms you design and the settings of the API endpoints you create on our platform.
  • Submission Data: We collect and process the data submitted by end-users through the form endpoints you deploy.
  • Usage and Device Data: We collect details about how you interact with our platform, including IP addresses, browser types, and usage statistics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following business purposes:

  • To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Voieform platform.
  • To validate, clean, secure, and deliver form submission payloads to your configured integrations.
  • To send you updates, transaction details, and support messages.
  • To prevent fraudulent behavior, protect against security threats, and comply with legal requirements.

3. Data Protection and Security

We take the security of your data seriously. Voieform uses standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) for data in transit and secure database storage systems for data at rest. Access controls and firewalls are implemented to protect your account tokens, API keys, and submission history from unauthorized access, modification, or exposure.

4. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account remains active. Submission data collected through your form endpoints is retained until you choose to delete it from your dashboard, or until your account is terminated. Once deleted, the data is removed from our live servers and database indexes within standard backup rotation windows.

5. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have specific rights regarding your personal information under regulations like the GDPR or CCPA. These rights include:

  • The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
  • The right to request the rectification or deletion of your personal data.
  • The right to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time.
  • The right to request data portability.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact our support team.

6. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by publishing the updated version on this page and changing the "Last Updated" date at the top of the policy page.
